I’m in the process of buying a loft in East Boston and, now that I have a signed offer from the seller, I feel safe enough to post the info.
The whole unit is about 47 feet long and 19.5 feet wide. The main living area is about 19.5 x 38 and is one big room. The floor is bamboo and the ceiling is concrete.
Here’s a link to a map of the location – right by the airport, but between the runways so there’s not a lot of noise. For the locals, this is about two blocks from the Airport stop on the Blue Line: Google Maps of 156 Porter
